2 Minutes is all you need
Take our assessment to see how you can work, love, play and feel better
Do you suffer from anxiety and panic? Do you get low in mood and motivation?
Are you struggling to reach an important goal?
You'll receive instant, personalised results and feedback by taking the psychological flexibility scorecard. This can be the first step towards a happier and more meaningful life.

Did you know?
More psychologically flexible people have better mental health, well-being and relationships. Understanding your psychological flexibility can empower you to take control of your mental health and well-being, and it's a critical factor in why psychotherapy is effective.

You need something personal to reduce your distress and improve your life. Outdated psychiatric assessments are no good because they try to separate people into ordinary and disordered. In reality, people are much more complex and unique.
A normal person is unusual. They don’t really exist. After having helped 1000s of people in therapy, I’ve learned that it’s much more helpful to ask: how can I be who I am?
Are you ready to find out?
What is Psychological Flexibility?
By taking this scorecard, you’ll find out how well you relate to your thoughts and emotions. You’ll discover how effective you are in controlling your attention and how creative you can be in taking different perspectives. Finally, you’ll identify how in touch you are with your deepest desires and how committed you are to building the life you want.
Does that sound like what you’re looking for?
After you answer these ten questions, I’ll send you a personalised report. Not only will I give you your flexibility score, but I will also share personalised recommendations to help you improve it. You want to do that because being more psychologically flexible will make you work, love, play, and feel better.

Who am I?

My name is Jim Lucas, and I have been a psychotherapist since 2003. I’ve helped 1000s of people suffering from constant stress, burnout, anxiety, OCD, depression, and PTSD recover when they’d lost all hope. I’ve supported people through grief, loss of health and relationship breakdown when they didn’t know which way to turn.
In 2016 I founded Openforwards, a psychology service in Birmingham, UK. In previous years, we’ve won awards for being the best cognitive behavioural therapy provider in the West Midlands and for digital mental health care innovations.
NHS waiting lists are often lengthy, and not everyone can afford private therapy, which is why I am eager to get the tools and techniques in your hands. We are building an app that helps you develop and keep new habits to improve your mental health. This incredible self-help technology will help you turn fleeting change into enduring well-being for a fraction of the cost.
